Terracotta barbecue, model Lucca: resistant to bad weather and up to -20c. The interior is made of our refractory material which guarantees very long cooking.

Made externally in Impruneta terracotta, it is perfectly resistant to bad weather and up to -20c. The interior, on the other hand, is made up of our refractory material which guarantees very long cooking even when the embers are off (up to 3-4 hours). It is also specially treated with a particular product that makes it impermeable to both water and oil or grease.

The ignition should be practiced common charcoal, without exaggerating with the impetuousness as the more refractory is able to absorb heat the longer it releases it, so it is counterproductive to practice large fires with long flames. The refractory interior is specially designed to provide the right flow of air, making ignition much easier.
