Mod. 190 Professional

The mod. 190 Classic, the result of numerous use tests, is the largest prefabricated wood oven, entirely made of refractory terracotta, on the market for professional use.

Careful design guarantees superior characteristics, both as regards the uniformity of the temperature on the surface, and for the long maintenance of heat. Entirely handmade in refractory terracotta, it is built in modules with male-female joints that guarantee tightness and ease of assembly.

The large mass of our precious refractory terracotta accumulates a large amount of energy, drastically reducing consumption.
